At Wovyn Within we believe that lasting change starts by reconnecting with your body because how you feel physically affects how you show up mentally, emotionally and relationally. Many of us prioritise physical fitness and external success, but overlook our emotional and mental fitness. We bridge that gap.
We offer accessible, science backed tools to support nervous system regulation, emotional clarity, performance and personal resilience through breathwork, body awareness, voice expression and somatic coaching. Whether you're facing stress, burnout, anxiety or simply seeking more presence and direction, our practices help create the space to shift.

Our Founder
Lena Ingram
Lena is a certified 300 Hour Breathwork & Embodiment Guide, internationally recognised with the IBF. Beyond the certifications, she is someone who deeply understands what it feels like to be out of alignment with yourself.
After years in the corporate world, she found herself smiling on the outside while silently navigating severe anxiety, self-doubt and the overwhelming thought: is this all there is?
She explored countless self-help books, fitness rollercoasters and therapy only to realise most approaches kept her in her head trying to think her way out of feelings that were stored in her body.
Everything shifted when she discovered breathwork.
Through this practice, Lena learned to listen to her body’s wisdom, release stored tension and rebuild trust in herself. It reconnected her to a sense of clarity, courage and aliveness.
Now, she shares this work with others not to “fix” them, but to remind them that they are already whole.
Rooted in empowerment, play and community, her sessions create safe and welcoming spaces for people to release stress, reconnect with themselves and rediscover what it feels like to be truly present.
